It's a derogatory term used by most people to refer to the area of 'Kogarah' in the same way as the delightful Vietnamese populated suburb of Cabramatta is also commonly referred to as 'Stabramatta' owing to the high instances of knife crime that allegedly took place between warring families of Vietnamese people that live there.
