Change is a good thing, as it keeps revitalising what can sometimes be tiring. Moderation is a tough task, given the need to remove personality from decision making. It's never possible to agree with everyone and more assuredly even more impossible to agree with anyone all of the time, but I applaud anyone who takes on this role and manages to stay impartial.
