They called it right at the end in the commentary, Wigoon didn't have enough leaders on the field to really put the pressure on Wire. Tomkins tried but with O'Loughlin only just coming back there wasn't really anyone else who could push the side forward in the second half when they needed it.

As much as I dislike Briers it is good to see how he's responded to Tony Smith coming to the club. I hope that Smith can instill some humility and respect into him to go with his new found attitude. In contrast you have Leuluai who must have one of the best attitudes in Super League. I cannot fault the guy's effort and commitment and his try was brilliant.

Should make it a great final whoever gets through because I can't imagine Smith will not have his team in the right frame of mind for the final which is something that you haven't been able to say of both finalists for a few years. I'm sure this year will guarantee us a proper match-up at last at Wembley.

Fielden and Feka coming onto the pitch turned the game on it's head.

One is finished as a top level player and the other is the most out of shape professional sportsman i've seen in a long while(outside of Andy Fordham).

The thing that really bugs me about Feka though is if only he'd shape up he could be such a fine player.
