As for away fans can go in any part of the ground, technically true but how would hull fans react if large numbers of away fans turned up in the east or south stands? I wouldn't imagine it would be too friendly!

we can be understanding, but when somebody whines and whines like a little kid constantly it gets a joke, plus we have to have this everytime we have a home game agianst other teams so it does get tiresome!

Even moreso when its been explained on countless occasions that the fans have no say in the pricing structure.

Can I also assume that everyone who is moaning on this thread only drinks at weatherspoons or buys beer from discount off licences? Or do you moan at the landlord of a non-weatherspoons pub has the nerve to charge you more for the same drink you could get cheaper elsewhere???

Genuine question, does anyone have a list of each clubs ticket prices for away fans this season? From what I can see the main complaint is that Hull are charging away fans more than the home fans for the same view. I wonder how many clubs are doing the same?

By the way the club told us before the season started that their hands are tied in regards to ticket prices due to the arrangement with the SMC(Which Peason helped to draw up ironically) but they said they will look into discounting an area to reward the fans for their loyal support, they did this by reducing the south stand(not that I benifited from this cos I sit in the East). You cant expect them to do the same for the away supporters, especially if they can't reduce prices for all stands for the home supporters.

Peason did say he is looking at changing the agreement with the SMC so it benifits us in regards to ticket pricing, so hopefully we will see a small drop in ticket prices in future seasons or at least a freeze in them.

That depends. Does the price of one stand go up or are all the other stands reduced?

It's difficult to be understanding when people start off with the wrong premise, constantly ignore the facts in favour of whinging, and refuse to listen to the background or suggestions of ways around the issue. Add in the fact that this has been 'discussed' severl times already and you might begin to see why we're so dismissive and unsympathetic.
