The city rather than the county.
I would say Sale (Swinton) are Greater Manchester.
In the same way Salford, Rochdale, Oldham, Leigh and Wigan are.
So a Swinton move to Belle Vue is a move to the city of Manchester from the borough of Trafford which is Greater Manchester is what I was trying to say.
How this affects the speedway I am not sure.

Small point of order Swinton is in the City of Salford, whereas Sale is in the Borough of Trafford

Manchester Rangers currently train at the National Basketball Centre at Belle Vue, while I'' pretty sure the Speedway have been evicted and the ground is being run by the Eastlands Trust.

I believe Rangers have moved training to Platt Lane.
But with no speedway the Eastland trust probably needs a new tenant Salford really only has 2 place to play Rugby League.
I think Salford City FC would not have them and the AJ Bell is quite expensive. So it's logical they might want to abandon the Swinton roots.

Doing nothing is a better alternative to doing something destructive.

Rangers help put on Rochdale V Warrington game.
Rochdale Hornets can officially confirm that the fixture with Warrington Wolves will still go ahead on Saturday 28th January (3pm KO) at a Manchester Regional Arena.
Hornets CEO, Adam Bates, identified the Manchester Regional Arena as a potential venue and has worked tirelessly to get the game on.
“I’d just like to thank Phil Fitton from Manchester Rangers for his help in this process. It has been a scramble since we found out The Crown Oil Arena would be unavailable and hosting the match at the Manchester Regional Arena on the same date and time seemed the least disruptive option.”

I would say that the RFL have spend more in the last 5 years keeping Bradford going than they ever spent on London.

If you call handing a new owners central funding out to other clubs so clubs like yours can sign all our juniors you are probably right. Why don't you show us your documentation of all the RFLs spending towards the Bulls so you can finally prove it

The RFL advanced the Bulls lots of TV money just to pay the wages, but that was not enough as the RFL were at one stage paying the wages of the Bulls players.
The RFL brought the lease of the Bulls just to give them even more money and the Bulls are paying the RFL a peppercorn payment to play at Odsal.
