I'm not impressed they seem very unprofessional. I had to ring them yesterday to resend the signal and in the background I could clearly hear a lad say "f*ck that I don't know why she's upset I only drilled her 20 times"

I joined premier sports just for the trains cup final £9.99 for 2 months ...I forgot to cancel after 2 months so paid £9.99 for the third month... I then rang to cancel ..they offered me next 3 months at £3.99 per month..back to £9.99 in January ...as I said I only want the channel for rugby league

yeh will expect them to do something like that when i ring up to cancel. Boxnation did the same when i rang them other day to cancel offering half price for next 2 months |

Will be gutted that I had sky installed but hey, I can change later next year if they are still showing Premier on Virgin.
