In fact, during an interview with a highly-placed person within the Scotland setup, he said the RFL were actively trying to get a team from Scotland into the Championship / C1. Edinburgh has a decent amateur scene, with the Eagles and Napier University in particular. So they're probably well placed to set up a lower league side there.
