| Leeds have played Canterbury Bulldogs, Melbourne Storm and Manley Sea Eagles in world club challenge. We of course played a few on the 1997 tournament over here as well.
does. this. help.

Unlikely to help given the question asked.
And the 1997 tournament was held in both hemispheres not just over here.

| You mean club sides that played the England or GB national sides?
Parramatta played GB in 1992 and beat them...

| I'm sure Great Britain also played the Knights up in Newcastle as a warm up to the '92 Test Series, and former Wigan prop Ian Lucas had his head knocked off his shoulders by Paul 'Chief' Harrogan. Think he broke his neck and effectively ended his career. I saw Lucas about 12/13 years back on the terraces at the Willows for an Academy match, and asked him about it. He said he didn't hold a grudge but I reckon I would have - poor bugger!

| At least one more ...
1966 tour
27/07/1966 Balmain. GB lost 8-9
The 1992 game against Newcastle was on 23rd June, GB won 22-0. I didn't include it earlier because I wasn't sure if it was actually the Knights, or just a Newcastle district rep side.

Pretty sure it was the Knights. but cheers for the score - couldn't remember.
I know they're not an ARL/NRL side but didn't GB (or at least a GB second-string) get beaten by Burleigh Bears, a QRL side in '96? Can't quite remember the year, but will never forget the result!

| According to Wikipedia, GB 'only narrowly defeated' the Burleigh Bears in a warm-up for the 1st Tri-Nations tournament in 1999. Doesn't give the score.
