Depends on if it’s Fev or Toronto promoted. Obviously outbofvthe 2 I think Toronto would be better placed to survive. If it’s Fev then they’d naturally be favourites for relegation, probably followed by Hull KR before Salford. But I’d agree Salford don’t look likely to repeat a third placed finish next season.

If Toronto buys a quality half back and two quality forwards, including at least one prop, they have a chance of making the playoffs in 2020. They already have two quality centres. Perhaps Joshua Dugan as full back could help them even make Old Trafford.

I don't foresee their owner letting Toronto be sucked into a relegation avoidance battle.
