French Rugby League will go from strength to strength after this. The attendance isn’t relevant.
However, reasons for the lower than usual attendance
15,000 Club Wembley seats not automatically added on
Neutrals attending magic weekend instead of cup final
Closure of major London stations due to engineering
Rail strikes across the north of England
£20 and £30 tickets (usually cheapest not been on sale)
The cheapest available ticket was £40

Having less than 3 weeks between semis and final and 6 weeks between quarters are is not good, August bank holidays is and always will be a terrible time for the Cip final.

I guess because we're used to going there, unlike many other teams, we're more familiar with the layout...and know where the best places are to celebrate reaching the final...unlike many other teams. |
