Has again been charged with making deliberate contact with an official. Haven't seen the incident but isn't this the third time he's been charged with such an offence?

| It is the 3rd time he has been charged. The first 2 he was found guilty. The few Salford fans who commented seem to think it was accidental.  |

Good on you for not letting the fact that you haven't seen the incident stop you from passing judgement.
I have seen the incident & I'm flabbergasted that time is being wasted on charging him for it. There was a certain try if he could have taken the ball in and his eyes never left the ball until collision was inevitable. Are all players now to be required to check that the referee has not taken up a position in line with their run before they set off?
There, having added my eyewitness account, I'll leave it those of you who didn't see it to seek justice & to punish accordingly. |

Ps both clubs and journos tweeted about the incident, all said accidental too.

This is exactly what happened last time when he ended up with 5 matches playing for Widnes. Even the ref on that day said it was accidental and never reported it, both sets of fans agreed they could see no issue, yet he still copped the ban. Who knows what craziness the disciplinary will come up with next??? |

Shay part of if he is found guilty do you not understand, but the fact he his being charged makes me think the RFL Think there is something in it. |

I have just seen this incident on SKY SPORTS. Anybody who thinks he isnt going to get a ban is kidding themselves. The incident is awful, I watched it a few times and he will definitely kop a big ban!

Looks quite bad on the tv, which is a surprise really as at the game it went pretty much un-noticed. It happened right in front of the away fans yet there was little or no reaction.
