Why are Wigan not punished for their continued dummy spitting about McIllorum's ban? Despite the clear intent to harm, the wild swinging arm to the face and despite it's lateness, they just will not accept it.

Wigan have approached his ban as being an injustice, a crime against Wigan. Their victim mentality lead to Wane criticising the decision to ban him, appealing and then criticising the decision again. He then dedicates the victory against Catalans to the memory of Mike McIllorum's season (The most pathetic comment I've heard in years) and Luluai and Tomkins both call the RFL a joke for banning him. All this after Wane came out earlier in the season and declared marshall law because ickle Sam might get hurt and despite McIllorum's previous.

In what other sport would such behaviour be acceptable? Why haven't they been sanctioned like Trent Robinson and Mike Rush were earlier in the season when they questioned refereeing performances?

Tbh, a lot of what they have said is true, the main problem being lack of consistancy when is comes to the disciplinary system.

If McM deserved a three match ban, then a lot of other players during the course of the season do too. When you look at that then you can see why people would complain.

And also, they are just giving their opinion, wouldn't shock me if a hell of a lot more players and coaches think the same things but just keep quiet about it, problem is with that, nothing will ever get done if everyone
kept it zipped.

I don't think that the RFL should be taking advice from the coach of a club that has a shameful track record of devient activities and attempts to subvery the integrity of the competition.

If there was any consistency at all in the world of RL, then you would be serving a long ban for crimes against the English language.

From recollection, most of the offences with which Bailey's been charged have been lower grade stuff. Which premeditated incidents are you referring to?

Because even the RFL are embarrassed by the inconsistency we have seen this season and especially in recent weeks from the officials and the disciplinary tribunal and don't want to draw any more attention to yet another shambolic aspect of this poorly run sport.

Because in most people's worlds, having an opinion is not generally held to be a criminal offence. So glad you aren't running things.

Having an opinion is one thing. But to slander the organisation, the process and the people involved in it so savagely is different to saying you didn't agree with the decision. The words 'it's/they're a joke' have come up again and again in Wigan's responses.
