Anyone else see him on extra time, looks like the guy is at his wits end, thought he was gonna break down in tears at one point.
Still, is stating "been saying for weeks we arent where we need to be" good for his squad, comes across like he has been preaching to the deaf.

I suppose looking back on the last 18 months he had a stellar period of 2-3 months getting to the Cup final and winning the GF
Apart from that I'm sure the stats downt look that good.

This season, Leeds have played 8 games against the six teams currently above them....and won 2, at home against Warrington (lacking Hodgson, Bridge, M Monaghan, Harrison) and Catalan.

Its not just McDermott's fault though. 2010 they where 4th when the decline began, 5th last season and this season no higher than 5th again. Considering there are only about 7 clubs paying full salary cap, finishing lower than 5th when you are a club paying the full salary cap is pretty poor.

I doubt Leeds, having lost and not replaced high-earners Senior, Buderus and Lauititi, are playing at full cap. As one of the wealthier (and the most profitable) club, that would be pretty inexcusable.
Doubt you'll get blasted by too many Leeds fans over the rest of what you said. |

Leeds are not paying the full salary cap, they never have and they never will, this year they will be 3/400k below the cap. |

Never liked mac as a coach. Was really poor down here at London, talking the team up way beyond realistic expectations then slating the players after they lost. Not the right man for the Rhinoscerouses job.
