I suppose Hudds, London and Hull KR could be good if the weather is bad and the games are low scoring.

I hate the first round- too many unknowns and too many weird results.

With the Giants injury problems - 14 seems worth a bet

I have gone for a double of Wakey and Cas both at 11/10 (both off scratch) at William Hills. Catalans were also available at 11/10 which looks a good price.

Yeah, backed Catalans with Sportingbet this morning too. 6/4 a great price. Prefer to leave off for the first few weeks. Who would have thought London/Quins would have had the start they did last year?

I went for Catalan and Cas on a double a few weeks ago. Got 7/2 odds as well!

Luke o donnell, David faiumu, David faalogo, Keith mason, Kevin brown, tonks, murphy,

Wigan looked really rusty at Salford last Tuesday and even though Huddersfield are under strength i'd back them to stick within 14 and possibly 10.

Taking the start seems like a good option early season, I'm going to go for a cean sweep of all of the teams with the start.
