Yes he is, the ref is stood just on the line when the ball is played as are the majority of Warrington players. The two players closet to the ref are in front of him when the ball is played.

Whats funny is that the ref can't see the play the ball happen because there is a Warrington player in front of him. That should be a hint that something isn't quite right.
