Having quite so many at one time isn't normal though. We should know - as Barrie Mac reminded Hemmings, FC went through the same crisis two seasons on the bounce.
Only so long you can get away with playing the young kids week in and week out. Looks to have caught up with Saints tonight. |

Indeed we went to Huddersfield in March without Sam Tomkins, Joel Tomkins, Martin Gleeson, Pat Richards, Brett Finch, Paul Deacon and Stuart Fielden and still won and in pretty good fashion as well.
Bottom line is Saints have a poor squad compared to the rest! |
