| I have been getting into NRL of late and would like to follow a team but don't know which one.
Is there a particular team that international fans of the NRL tend to support and follow? Was thinking maybe the Warriors as they are the most international or either the Rabbitohs or Tigers because of the UK connections.

I think everyone has their own choice, depending on teams they have visited while in Oz, who were winning the comp when they were growing up etc. I personally don't think you need to follow a particular team if you have no real afiliation with them to get enjoyment from the NRL, the rugby is that good.
If there was one or two teams I'd keep my eye out for in terms of entertainment would be Wests Tigers or the Parramatta Eeels...they both play fast, expansive footy and ae good value for money, and of course Wests have Ellis who you might be interested in.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

| I know a lot of St Helens fans "support" St George becuse of the similar name and similar shirt.
Personally I follow the Broncos because of my admiration for Darren Lockyer.

This is a very good point. Watch a few games and you'll have a team or two that you'll tend to favour.
If I had to make a recommendation I'd put forward the Gold Coast Titans. Newest team in the comp so you'll be watching their history unfold as their local fans do. It also helps that they have some tremendous players and a solid squad.

| I follow Wests Tigers, but reserve a special place for Cronulla as well because of Trent Barrett. Mainly follow Wests though.

| If anybody it would be Parramatta because when i was younger i was amazed by the skills of Brett Kenny(even though he played for the pies in the eighties)and also Daniel Anderson with him being the ex saints coach.

Is "the Pies" a Wigan nickname?
Cos he never played for the Magpies.
For the record, Brett Kenny is the best player I ever saw play in the NSWRL.

Yeah fantastic player i always remember the 1985 challenge cup final at Wembley between him and Peter Sterling who played for Hull brilliant game. As for the pies they got their nickname from way back when during a miners strike they where the ones that went back to work first and hence the name.(they ate humble pie).
