Rumours abound that Lote Tuquiri won't actually play for Wests Tigers and will stay in Union.

I have just watched this afternoons Ospreys v Leicester game and the man is a genius on the rugby field. Even though his side lost he was fantastic.

Come back to the 13 man game Lote

When he is getting £20k a month to stay with Leicester i dont think he'll come back, which is a massive shame.

In a way I guess you cant blame him, I would love to see him playing for a superleague side but no one could afford him.

Lote took the money and ran, causing alot of negative media for RL in the process. For me he can stay wherever he likes and I won't be missing him one bit!

its not as if the sport was founded to pay players openly.

I don't blame him for going, until the NRL can pay its stars what they are worth they have every right to chase bigger $'s elsewhere. but he went to the enemy and the media had a field day death riding RL on the back of it so for me that's where he can stay.

If he wants to stay with the soft option, he will stay in union.

If he wants to test himself, he will return to the NRL.

As simple as that...

The difference in the relative standards is that great.

where's the contradiction? I never blamed him for leaving but don't like the fact that him doing so caused negative media for RL. Just because I understand why he went doesn't mean I have to accpet the fall out it caused!

Plenty have left and come back and if anything it probably makes other players wonder if moving to Union is a good option.

All moved back to League without any problems, why should Lote be any different, he can do what he wants its his choice.
