How funny was seeing A) Hodges gobbing off to White, strange how you never actually see him go toe to toe with anyone and B) Ben Creagh who pushed him then ran away! Someone ought to tell him running away in SOO is not the done thing, especially when you are a forward and they are a back!

That running away part was greatly amusing.

Hodges is an utter tool. Anyone can be tough when you know the fight will seperated straight away. And he came in with a cheap shot on Kurt Gidley in that up and under, all in, at the end.

Funny to watch Price get knocked out. Shouldn't have been messing about with the knees at the play the ball.

what i did like was Smith kicking on the first tackle following the incident so they could smash NSW for the remaining minute

Why wasn't Hodges dealt with. Both Creagh & Thaiday binned for their part in the biff at the end but Hodges, who was giving it large after the Price scuffle, came with with a very brave hit on Gidley whilst he was being held by 2 others got away with it. Creaghs push then instant reverse was funny to watch though. The shot of the NSW bench at the time was funny as well as you could see in Perrys face that the biff was going on & he wasn't their, how disappointed was he.

Did you miss the cheap shot by Waterhouse on Price funny how you have,nt mentioned that

I remember him at the Rooster one friday night game against Brisbane. Where he was being gobby and he grabbed a short winger. The winger just put one on him. He fell to his knees but was trying to luagh as though he wasn't hurt...... whilst staggering to his feet.

Nice to see a blue in Origin again.

I wish someone would of lamped Hodges, he's always running his mouth but when something kicks off he only seems to get involved when it's almost over and then he puts the Big Guy act on and offers people out when he knows it's not gonna happen, I hope Price is okay though.
I actually thought Waterhouse had run in to split them up and he was trying to just pull Price away, i didn't see him hit Price but then it wasn't clear cos there was that much going on, still don't think Waterhouse should of gone for that, White should of he threw the first punch. Waterhouse is banned for this weekend now but Thurston can play, what a joke that is.
Sore losers QLD, the first two games were gifted to them and they were outplayed by the Blues in game three, they've won the series for gods sake whats up with them.

Waterhouse was third man in, grabbed hold of Price and took him to ground. He was in no way looking to break it up - if you're going to break up a fight you don't go for the opposition player, you stop your own. Having said that, he clearly paid the price for the fact Price was hurt, as there didn't seem to be too much in what he actually did.

If there is any sign of that level of biff coming back to Origin next year expect Carl Webb to be brought back by Qld - had that been him against White it would have been White hitting the deck.

White has put a few players to sleep now.


I remember Hodges mouthing off at Ryan Girdler once, Girdler was in his last season. Anyway Girds just bashed him for the rest of the game, it was a good giggle.

White may have, but Webb is a damn good amateur boxer and a fruitloop to boot. I'd be betting on him against anyone in the NSW pack.
