Why is that? Adding some (being the key word) players from a side that's second in the league to a side that's 9th doesn't scream out top 4 to me... |

No, they are just sending all there dead wood to Catalan so there new coach has the cap space to bring in some quality players. Catalan are the only club foolish enough to take them on the contracts they are wanting. MM was once okay and brought something to the table with his aggressive defense, nowadays all he brings is a thuggery and penalty after penalty - Tomkins is now just your average run of the mill full back that is happy to coast a long on a ridiculous contract (Which Catalan are happy to pay).

You need to be happy that they will be in SL first and then have someone there that can convince the squad that they aren't on holiday.
Catalan have built up decent squads in recent years but, they haven't been bothered enough about busting a gut on the field of play. |
