| WOW, just wow. They could have put all 13 defenders right in front of him and he would have still scored. He must be in the WC team if fit. He hurts the defence so much.

| 17 hit ups and 18 tackles as well. the only way to stop him is to creep offside and rush up as quick as possible to stop him getting that run up or he will just win the collision and put u on the back foot.

| He was always going to be a great player – since he dominated the Aussie Schoolboys and helped the England Academy team to a series win he was a rising star. At the start the season you may have worried that the world cup was a year or two too soon but not now, he is dominating opposing forwards in the NRL and looking superb. Barring injury, two Burgess brothers should be nailed on for the World Cup squad and I would bet against at least one more (maybe it’s worth picking all four in the squad just for the media attention alone... these lads should be household names in this country as they are in Australia)

| Knowing McNamara he will probabley pick Morley or biscuit Mossop before George. On another note, Tom Burgess is apparently tearing it up in the Queensland cup, so we could see another Burgess in the Rabbitohs team in the coming months.

| He simply is amongst the best forwards in the NRL right now, so if he is not selected by England it's an utter joke.

| Tom also played well again today, he scored a try and was a handful for the opposition. He should be playing NRL very soon.

| James Tamou a current Australian prop rates George as one of the NRL's best players, the guy is phenomenal and should walk into the England team, however McBanana will have Morley in his place.

| George Burgess is probably now rated as one of the top 5 props in the NRL. 5 tries in 12 games for a prop forward speaks for itself.
I can't wait for Luke Burgess to return from injury (which may happen in July), and for Tom Burgess to get promoted to the NRL team (which may happen this year). Imagine South Sydney having Luke Burgess (112 kg) and Roy Asotasi (108 kg) as starting props, and then having George and Tom Burgess (each 120 kgs) come on after 15-20 minutes. With brother Sam(116 kg) playing in the back row, South Sydney's pack will be unstoppable.
The same might be said for England's pack in the World Cup, if McNamara had the courage to pick all 4 Burgess brothers.

On the weight theme add to that John Sutton 102 kg at stand off and Greg Inglis 106 kg playing fullback, both players built like forwards with the agility of backs, if Souths can keep that team together they will be serious contenders for the championship over the next few seasons.

| Burgess had a great game last night. He was poor last Monday against the Sharks (although so where most of the Bunnies) and he reacted perfectly last night. An absolute must for England.

Id struggle to use both those players names in the same breath...crabtree has never kicked on for me. He's a good Superlague player but he's never been as devastating as his size suggests he could be, and for that reason, you could pick all three burgess brothers infront of him for England.
I cant help but think England are going to have a strong pack in the world cup....assuming we dont get any injuries or fatnamara specials in the selection.
