Ryan Hall would fit right in, as would Benny Westwood, Kallum Watkins and, in a year or so, Lomax wouldn't be out of place. Tomkins is obviously on his way, but I'm not sure he'll have the room to do over there what he does in SL, at least not with the same regularity.

The opening weekend of NRL games hasn't come up with anything spectacular - good, high-intensity stuff in places, but riddled with handling errors and cock-ups; I'm sure it will get better.

Was it Tom Briscoe who declared an interest in going over?

And didn't Ryan Hall sign a new 5 year deal recently?

By all acounts next year will be Briscoes last season in SL.

Lee Mossop - he has everything going for him to be a success in the NRL.

I would like to see some backs go over there. It seems there not interested in the half backs we have over here.

He did indeed, so if any NRL clubs did come knocking it would cost them and I expect The Sleeve would place a pretty high price tag on him! That said, I think he could indeed make the switch and I would think that if he can continue to produce and grow his form then a move to NRL in 5 years might be a challenge he would look towards.

That's because people bang on about the likes of Lomax being great when he doesn't read the game nearly as well as a half back should, has an average passing game and his kicking game isn't very good either...he's just another support player.

It's about time teams brought through some proper half backs who actually create things and know how to kick into space.

I would be surprised if any NRL club wants him.

If true, I'd be surprised if he's here next year.
