Dont know if it's been mentioned on here before, but Ben Barbas try at the weekend against Newcastle was absolutley jawdropping.
Just search on the well known video sharing site ''Ben Barbas Miracle try''.
Defiantley worth a watch!

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

Really? Why? Have other top players done that when they have come over here?
Brett Hodgeson did more in the NRL than he has done and yet never got near 100 tries.
Just because he is from aus it doesn't make him an instant hit. |

As a Doggies fan you never get surprised at what Barba can do in attack. The guys a freak. As for the try it looked different from all the angles. I think BotD should have been the call because he did look to be touching the ball from that front on angle.

I was really suprised when I got in work on friday morning and all my workmates who were football fans were talking about it! I think sky sports news had shown it a few times.
Cracking try, looks a good player too, as does James Craven. I was really impressed by him on thursday. |
