| 1). In the Olympics
2). Fast entertaining game
3). Huge international profile
4). Great social event
So why not a a couple of League teams have a crack at some of the big international tournaments like Dubai or Hong Kong? I know they have in the past.
It could be huge publicity and could help lift the profile of league?
On the other hand it might just be a bad idea....

Nicky Royle..
Probably the fastest bloke i've seen play rugby in recent years..he was bloody gash as a rugby player though, dunno how he's got a gig there, kick and chase all the time maybe?
I was sitting side on when he went up the wing for Widnes to score that try against Warrington 04ish? ..I thought it was a motor car!

Thats exactly my point. Win it. Loads of publicity instead of the 'league is better than Union whining.
(For the record, of course League is the better game, I wont use the Laurie Daley quote, but its spot on)

| An England RL team could easily win the Olympics IMO.
Richards
Hall
Pryce
O'loughlin
Atkins
They would be quality at 7's IMO.

Keith Richards,
4 RL players and a Lead Guitarist (its all you need)
Plus Keith can organise the after match 'do'

I know we have 2 less players on the pitch than RU but that is going a bit too far
