Their biggest advantage (apart from Lockyer & Inglis obviously) is that everyone plays the same role for their club as they do when they play for their country. Whereas ours, especially our key players, often are in different roles and have to adapt to playing with each other in just a couple of weeks.
Plus their mentality is far better than ours.
