| Not saying it myself but.....
Great pack, mobile, strong and dominating.
Creating room and time for Robinson and Brough, surely a shoe in for a call up........
Giving the ball to the backs with lots of pace and power..........
Simple rugby, reminds me very much of the Bulls in there pomp.
I really think we could win something this year.
What does everyone else think ??

| I have to admit that when looking at the team sheets for yesterdays game against Wigan I was probably more impressed with Hudds (granted Wigan had Tomkins out).
But it's still a similar situation as the last few years for Hudds, until they play the way you described in the OP in the deciding games then they'll still be an obvious question mark over their trophy credentials.
I think the squad has good potential, the key factor is Paul Anderson. Can he go right where Nathan Brown went wrong, we'll have to wait and see.

| On paper you have to say that they have a very good squad. On the field, after three rounds, yes they are he best team in superleague. However, as has been stated, huddersfield always start well then somewhere around rounds 12-14 itgoes wrong....if they're still top after 18-20 then id say they have a very good chance of winning something.

| At LEAST wait until you've played everyone in the league, coming out with this after 3 fixtures is pretty cringeworthy.

| pity the superleague isnt over by may or else they would be
talk about getting carried away! until they can produce the goods until the play offs they will always be the SL pace setters as they always drop away after so many rounds!

| one of the main reasons we have faded the last few years is because nathan brown our ex coach has unsettled the team ..one minute hes staying the next hes off. wont have that this year. not the only reason but a big one.

| I hope that this is only brought up with the OP rather than the sensible Giants fans.
I will give my opinion on how good we are about the second week of October

Yet to be seen, so we can't attribute it all to that.
And you never know, rumour has it that Paul Anderson wants to go elsewhere

| Being strong front-runners during the 1st half of the meaningless regular season doesn't alter the overall impression that Huddersfield are essentially whipping boy SL rabble when it really counts - they are just making up the SL numbers.
