I'm confident that I can predict the final positions on the final table of this Superleague season. Already. Just 7 matches in. Thats how good I am.

Ready?

1. Warrington

2. Wigan

3. St Helens

4. Castleford

5. Salford

6. Huddersfield

7. Bradford

8. Leeds

-----------------------------------------

9. Hull KR

10 Hull

11. Quins

12. Cats

13 Wakey

14 Crusaders

You heard it here first. Check this post again in September and see how right I was.

Cas won't finish 4th.

I predicted 8th at start of season and I'll still take that now.

Warrington
Wigan
Huddersfield
Saints
Leeds

They will be the top 5, the last three playoff places could go anywhere. Salford have alot to prove yet, they have looked better the last couple of weeks but they have only beaten two avarage teams. Rovers are dreadful without Dobson but when he comes back they will win a few more games. Bradford are much the same as Salford, Cas have started well but won't keep up that pace. Hull will get better one way or another, the squad is too good to be languishing at the bottom and either Agar will turn it around or we will get a competant coach in who will improve us.

Really hard to put those sides in order but I will go:

Cas
Hull
Salford
Bradford
Hull KR
Quins
Catalans
Wakefield
Crusaders

Salford are my tip for 'surprise package' of the season.

We were too good to lose 12 games in a row last year, but it happens.
Bradford will finish above Hull and Salford.

As I said those teams from 6th to 10th could end up in any order, so that wouldn't suprise. Hull finished 6th last year and despite our current form I'm not sure anyone that came behind us last year has improved enough to be able to say with any certainty that they will beat us this year.

Apart from Salford of course.

What have Salford done that is so special? They are only two points ahead of a Hull side that is woefully out of form. As far as I can see the only team that seems to have significantly improved are Cas.

Cas are a decent side but there is no way you will finish above Huddersfield and I would question whether you will finish above Leeds or Saints as well

Then who knows. KR look lost without Dobson, Hull are inconsistent, ditto Bradford. Quins have started well but don't envisage them keeping it up.

I still think those three will come good at some point. If I had to pick it would be KR, Hull, Cas, Bradford, Salford, Harlequins, Catalans, Crusaders, Wakefield.

Cas are excited currently but they've beat 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th as part of five wins from six with four of those six games at home. Can't fault them, they have started superbly, but false position me thinks. I mean Hull won 5 out of 5 to start a season in 2009 and finished 12th!

We've also beaten Huddersfield, which shows we can compete with the best and we all know that KR's position is just as false as ours.

You're right in the fact we've not beaten anyone notable but SL is so competitive anyone can lose to anyone on their day.

Quins beat Leeds, Wakey beat Hull.
