| I'm following on from a topic that was looked at briefly in another thread but seen as the new Wembley is just that 'New' the tradition seems to have gone out of it.
Who would prefer the match at Cardiff? Although Wembley is a great stadium it is hardly ideal with regards to location and in my opinion the enjoyment the fans got in Cardiff should not be something the rfl and us as fans should miss out on.
So Wembley or Millennium Stadium?
You decide. Try to give reasons where you can.

| IMO, Wembley purely because it's tradition. Aren't they doing up the surrounding area of Wembley anyway?

The fans loved Cardiff.
Cardiff and the Millennium Stadium needs an annual RL event and the CC is as good as any.

| some of the locals in cardiff where less than friendly towards league.
the taxi driver who told us the final had been called off.
the group of lads who start6ed singing at us and accusing us of intefereing with animals cos we had league shirts on
the area around wembley is a dump and there isnt a decent pub within some distance.... hard decision

| unfriendly locals. getting accused of fiddling with animals ( the irony), pub on every corner? yup sounds like cardiff to me.
i went last year to the NFL game at wembley the only thing it had going for it was the london transport system. stadium is spanking don't get me wrong but its like every other knocked up concrete bowl. didn't feel any great wow factor of ooo its wembley. Millenium is closer to home for me, coupled with the fact i hate london with a passion i've visted some toilets in my time but london is top of the list.

| Wembley for mine.
As time moves on, there are fewer traditional events in our game, and the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley is one of these.
