However, reasons for the lower than usual attendance

15,000 Club Wembley seats not automatically added on
Neutrals attending magic weekend instead of cup final
Closure of major London stations due to engineering
Rail strikes across the north of England
£20 and £30 tickets (usually cheapest not been on sale)
The cheapest available ticket was £40

I'm sure Bernard Guasch, Steve McNamara and his Catalans team will be absolutely gutted about the attendance, probably spoiled their weekend.

Having less than 3 weeks between semis and final and 6 weeks between quarters are is not good, August bank holidays is and always will be a terrible time for the Cip final.

I think the low attendance allowed the Warrington Fans to get out of the ground very quickly..........The Warrington Whoosh

I guess because we're used to going there, unlike many other teams, we're more familiar with the layout...and know where the best places are to celebrate reaching the final...unlike many other teams.
