FRANCE: Theodore Fages, Thomas Bosc, Lucas Albert, William Barthau
vs
ENGLAND: Lucas Gale, Gareth Widdop, Kevin Brown, George Williams
Which group is more skillful?
I would prefer to choose from the French halves. Fages and Bosc would be my preferred combination for now, with Albert soon to emerge into greatness.
It is pretty obvious really. England has not had decent halves for 20 years. Based upon this fact, France has a chance to catch up with England soon. Once Toulouse makes it into Super League there will be more professional French players to choose from for the national team.

Tom Bosc had one good season about 10 years ago. Fages can't even get in the worst Saints team in years. The other 2 no one have ever heard of so they don't count. I think you've just made up 2 names from a random name generator. That said, Luke Gale is possibly the worst halfback I've seen in an England shirt

I don't think we can really argue with this. Our half back failed to kick the ball into touch from a penalty not once, but twice. That's criminal at amateur level.

Think Hodgson took the second missed touch finder, but that's besides the point.
Albert has a lot of potential for the French, Bosc is past it, Fages needs game time and Barthau is a championship player. |

Thomas Bosc is a classy player. Theodore Fages is in the good Saints team when not injured. He has been injured for the second half of the past season. |

Rubbish aside, halfback is clearly our biggest problem if everyone is fit. We need Tomkins fit and on form as he provides an excellent link out wide, but we have nobody who can run a game from first receiver.
