First time in a while im not buzzing for this derby game. Cas have nothing to play for and full of injuries. Wakey will have 1 eye on the semi final. Nothing to really play for in the league anymore so its a pointless one.

We suffering a few injuries as well. Down to the bare bones forward wise and injuries to the backs starting to creep in. I would hope the players playing today will use this match to give Chester a selection headache for the semi final.

Dont think a team has had the injuries we have had this year. Its been a painful year for us.

Oh no I quite agree but others have suffered injuries as well. In context of this match Cas do have more injuries but we also have quite a few first teamers out.

Wakefield by 4 scores for me.Its been all over for cas from early on in the season with long term injuries and have done well to make the eights.
Roll on next year,surely we can't be plagued by the bad luck of this season?

Fair play to Cas - bigger, better and smarter on the day. I have to question the players mentatility in these kinds of games - we seem to be s**t scared of tackling anyone in a Cas shirt.

Maybe when Cas pulled ahead your boys looked to next week this match was technically a dead rubber.
But that also dosn't devalue the fact YOUR BOYS TOOK ONE HELLUVA BEATING

13 players out today. Chase injured yesterday Solomona pulled out today. Love it !

Have to think our guys had one eye on next weeks game, but Cas really played well in the 2nd half and were deserved winners.
Hopefully we get back on track for next weeks game!
