Hi does anyone have a list of the average home attendances for the Championship and League 1 sides for 2015?

You've poked the hornets nest with that one. William and Gutterfax will be doing extra stretches at there Yoga class this morning prior to typing there responses at 120 words per minute.

You will get attendance's, percentages, +/-, financial impacts, historical data............

Try the rugby league project website. Don't know if the specific stats you are looking for will be on there but there are a lot of stats so you never know.

I tend to get the attendances from the bbc sport website. Look back through the rugby league results if they still have this years listed on there and click on each game. It tends to give the attendance at the bottom.

Failing that simply go on the individual clubs websites. A lot of them list attendances next to the results on their fixtures lists.

No attendance data outside the top flight there.

The only choices are sportinglife et al within a week of the match happening or rugbyleaguechampionships.co,uk, which has the data back to 2007 only.

Yeah, I screwed that up last night. Didn't filter out away games or Blackpool

Keighley's average attendance from the 11 home league games was 1124

But this includes the match v Coventry where 4066 was the attendance in the match after Danny Jones had died.

Don't make excuses for that 4,000 it all counts and I would like to think it is one, if not the, highest attendance in tier 3.

Keighley got 5,500 v Batley in 1993 for the match Keighley won ensuring the 3rd division Championship.

Wasn't making excuses just pointing out that that match did boost the average attendance.
