Hope it goes well for arundel was signed by our previous coach and side kick and was given a ludicrous contract that our present coach didn't deem worthy with the players we already had |

I reckon he is pretty much like Michael Shenton. Will only play his best rugby at his home club, Castleford. Cas could have done with him, and both club and player would have benefited IMO.

Arundel won't play international rugby. In fact he wont be first choice at Wakefield. Pretty average and certainly didn't particularly impress at Bradford.

You clearly don't get how it works in the City and Five Towns. Cas, Wakey and Fev are the home clubs to all these players, they all have a minor preference to the club they supported as a child but basically they are happy to play for any of them. Hence the number of players who successfully move around those 3 clubs.
As the crow flies and with the Normanton by-pass BV is approx 4 miles from WR, little more than a slight diversion - he'll settle in just fine. |

Depends. Did he have a squad number at Hull? If so, I'd guess they'd have registered him, and he would count on the cap regardless of whether he'd played or not.
However, if the 90k is simply what he would have earnt if he'd of stayed then there's no worries for anyone.
