Incidentally, an exclamation mark ends a sentence and does not require a full stop. The first letter of the next word begins a new sentence and should therefore be capitalised. [i:23qz4bj5]Who needs flankers[/i:23qz4bj5]' grammar was actually correct.

| Anybody know where you can get hold of world cup replica shirts from? In particular PNG and some of the lower ranked non-UK sides.

Bad isn't it? So much lost revenue. They should be doing deals to anyone buying a ticket. 20% off a shirt if you go to a game or something. Merchandise at any other event is pushed constantly.
I've tried the usual websites, they only have England, Aus, Wales, NZ and Fiji. Not exactly a wide selection.

They don't seem to have any replica jerseys though.

| The RFL or whoever is in charge of marketing should be hanged imo! £45 for the jersey is extortionate, and when England step out in Cardiff in 2 weeks time, wouldn't it be truly wonderful to see a see of White Jerseys? They'd sell double the amount if they were £25, so why aren't they? Not many can afford it!
Also, does it surprise you to see no replica jerseys in the store yet? it's like taking the Bees from the Hive, I'd quite like an Australian Jersey (I have an England one), because it's a nice jersey, but low and behold not available there, and everywhere else it's £80.

I thought this post was going to be about the lack of availability. £45 is a more than reasonable price for a replica jersey.
Anyway, plenty of Wales merchandise available here: www.ragingbull.co.uk/Shop/Wales- ... e/594.aspx
Scotland: www.oneills.com/shop-by-team/rug ... eague.html
Cook Islands: www.rugbystore.co.uk/clubs/leagu ... p-shirt-ss
Tonga: www.1895sports.com/rugby-league- ... lica-shirt
France: www.teissier-sport.fr/boutique-f ... -home.html
England: www.rugbyleagueonline.co.uk/stor ... e-kit.html
New Zealand, Australia and Fiji: www.lovell-rugby.co.uk/shop/Leag ... ernational
It looks like the Italy, Samoa, PNG and Ireland jerseys are being made by Fi-ta, who don't seem to have produced them yet.

So not only do you expect the RFL to produce a half price England shirt but also an Australian shirt for less than the Aussies sell them for?
As Headhunter says, a lack of availability is a legitimate gripe. The fact you want shirts dirt cheap isn't.

| If anyone hears of anywhere in London you can buy them let me know. I don't mind paying £45, but as RL shirt sizes can be so random I'd like to try one on first...

And people wonder why the game doesn't attract blue-chip sponsors.
Despite what you clearly think from your post, "marketing" is not "stacking 'em high & selling 'em cheap".

The shirts aren't particularly expensive, but when compared to the price of discounted tickets for the RLWC where some adult tickets cost as little as £5, the shirt becomes nine times more expensive than a matchday ticket.
Unfortunately, the game itself has played a major role in turning it's products into a heavily discounted one's, therefore the culture of the sport is awash with discounted offers which the fans now expect across the whole spectrum of the game.
