Josh Dugan has just burnt all his bridges in Australia:
www.nrl.com/broncos-end-dugan-ta ... fault.aspx
Should a Super League club take a risk with him? He surely has great on field talent.
Salford would be one obvious candidate to consider him. But given the dearth of quality full backs in Super League there could be many other clubs interested.

| Someone probably will, but reading the comments he made I wouldnt.
Part of the job is getting a bit of stick and banter and some of the stuff he came out with is quite disgusting.
Honestly, from what little i have heard about him id quite happily see his career finish.
Btw, obviously not everything will be in black and white just basing my opinion on what we have seen upto now.

| Salford would be an obvious candidate for an immediate move. Catalans might move considering Webb's injury woes (they did well from Greg Bird coming over). And if he's still a free agent by the end of this season then what are the chances of Wigan or Wire making a move if....
- A big offer has come in for Tomkins
- Wire think they could do with a younger FB than Hodgson.
Can't see many more really, Leeds and Saints have Hardaker & Lomax and should be looking to strengthen in over positions.
I doubt he's finished completely in the NRL though, give it 2 or 3 years and he could be back there IF he behaves over here.

| I think he has a criminal record so doubt he will be getting a UK visa anytime soon.

A criminal record? What are you refering to?
Are you confusing him with Craig Field or John Elias?

We've got one, his name is Stefan Ratchford.

| I would have thought that Hull FC, and Widnes, as well as Salford might need a top class full back.
London could use him, but for the fact that: (1) They have spent up to the cap, (2) they need a quality centre much more urgently (3) London would be the worst part of England to try and rehabilitate a person with a drinking problem.
Catalans have this new young French talent named Morgan Escare to replace Webb, so they don't need to waste their money. (Watch him tomorrow on Sky).

| Perhaps Toulouse should snap him up. Start building their squad of Aussie rejects early.

Thats hardly the record of a Drug Cartel Kingpin.
If Australia had laws that Banned DUI records as Criminal activity you would not see the exodus to Australia from the UK and Ireland that has been happening for the last 10 years.
How well are the Criminal records of the Eastern Europeans and East Africans that are flooding into England Checked?
Maybe Dugan has to become a refugee to join a SL team.

Does a conviction for drink driving disqualify you from an English work visa? (this is an innocent and sincere question).

I thought it does linked with his other misdemeanours would be enough to get him visa problems
