| There's more to this game than speed though. (Can't access the video right now)
But I've seen fast players hyped before only to fall flat. Misli Manu and Nicky Royle at Widnes for example.

I can only assume he didn't fancy moving to London because he was so good in his loan spell here that we'd have been fools to not sign him up.

| Carlin Isles is a fully grown man. The young Aussie James Gallaghuer is only 12 years old. When the Aussie boy from Ulladulla is fuly grown, if he continues to develop, his current times suggest that he will leave Aisles in his wake.

If and only if, he flourishes. Why play League? He can earn so much more as a top sprinter? Non-story. In the mid 90s the Roosters signed a couple of lightning fast NFL players. None made first grade. Move on.

I know the Newcastle Knights signed an NFL player Greg Smith who claimed he had rugby league experience and he embarrassed him self on the field before getting quickly subbed, I'm amazed he actually got a game surely they would have known he had no rugby skills during training. I've not heard of any other NFL players in rugby league though.

He wasn't an NFL player. He made that up too Nobody in America has actually heard of Greg Smith!
The closest there has been was Manfred Moore with the Newton Jets and by most accounts he wasn't that much out of his element and might have had a chance if he stuck with it

| What is interesting about James Gallaugher is that he is very big for his age and thus he could become a powerful rugby league player as a winger should he choose to take that option.
Of course we don't know if he has the requisite rugby league skills, like the ability to catch a football on the run, the ability to pass on the run, the ability to field a spiralling high kick, and the ability to tackle. But his size gives him some basis for confidence in the latter, and if his ball handling is OK, then we could expect him to become a sensation on the wing.
Now if only an England or France SL club could find a speedster like that!

Chuck Wiseman was a QB, played a couple of matches for Wigan in the 60's.

I have serious doubts about whether Chuck Wiseman was an NFL player. About the only thing you can find when you search for this Chuck Wiseman is discussions on Wigan messageboards. He's a complete non entity outside of Rugby League circles.
The 60's were the 60's, but still, you'd expect some information about him in a non rugby league context.
The stories about NFL players in League all seem to be made up, with the exception of Manfred Moore.
