It seemed a strange deal from the outset. Yes, the game has been associated with one of the largest hauliers in the UK, but Idont think that the Stobbart vehicles are responsible for the increase in viewing figures.
Hopefully, next season, we can have a league sponsor that is high profile and contributes, in cash terms, to the competition.

While we Definetly need to get money coming in we surely have to keep stobart and there lorries involved
We need to make it the Stobart Big Screen or something like that and keep those lorries out on the roads attracting people to watch

Well it was certainly "groundbreaking"! Don't know any other major comp that gives is naming rights away for no cash!
Hopefully they can attract a decent company with deep pockets. Is alcohol allowed to sponsor sport in the UK?
