I suppose the good thing about the cap system is that the level playing field ensures clubs must rely on 'good' recruitment, youth development and coaching, just being rich is not enough (unless your cheating that is). |

You do have a good squad, with some good signings for next season. I have no doubt a Nathan Brown, Micheal McGuire or Tony Smith would have them challenging. |

The signing of a top top conditioner makes all the difference.
We brought the bloke from Leicester Tigers in a couple of years back; note the difference. He said that when he came he was suprised at how unfit and how we lacked 'power'.

Should already be a top four side. If you've got to find fault anywhere, it must lie with your coaching staff. Credit to Kath Hethrington though for staying loyal. I reckon your new guy will do as Lennigan did and give Agar a chance but if he doesn't deliver, which he probably wont then off he pops.
