Well blow me down, another great you know what by 9...
We as Manly fans have to miss out,so they could make extra cash by taking it else where..It's all about money, who gives a stuff about the fans.

| Nine are nearly as bad as News to give you some idea of how difficult the current landscape is.

Come on mate this had to be a fiscal thing Broncos would only attract 13-14k at Brookie so it makes perfect sense to move the game up to Brisbane where the club will get atleast 25k. BTW don't be surprised if the Warriors game get's taken to NZ from next season.
I'd rather there is a Manly club then no Manly team at all.

Manly has been around since 1947,they're not going anywhere.Had they played @ brooky they atleast would have had home ground advantage, now all they have is 50,000 Queenslanders breathing down on their neck. And since Manly are going great guns friday night @ brooky would have been a full house sign I bet.

Manly have a good record against Brisbane @ Brisbane.
I take it you didn't watch the Titans game on Monday the noise generated at the game is tremendous.
They might have 50,000 people to watch them but the Bronco fans are the Liberians of Rugby League i.e the quitest supporter's in the NRL.
They will be drowned out by 3000 Manly fans chanting out "Manly"

I'd say taking 25k at the gate is a lot better. Worth a potential $500k to Manly, due to the current circumstances with the Warringah Council it's something the club needs.
The only way you could get 21k at Brookie now days is against the Sydney teams on a Sunny Sunday. And Brisbane don't draw a crowd to Brookie.

| I'm not one for conspiracies, but it seems an amazing coincidence that every year we see the Broncos (usually the most represented team in Origin) scheduled by the N(SW)RL to play on the Friday immediately following Origin. I'm just impressed they let them play at home instead of making them go over to Auckland or something...

However, gone are the days when Broncos had 11 of 13 backing up from origin.

| Makes sense for Manly to take some games to NZ. They have been the second most popular NRL/NSWRL team in NZ since the 'Maori Warringah' days.
