I have never heard a more biased commenter in any sport than this guy. I have never heard so much rubbish spoken by a commentator ever. I know he used to play for them but he needs to realise he does need to be impartial ...its quite embarrassing really ......and Tomkins has just scored there will be some rubbish now .....

Thats the problem with having a guy summarising who was born in that town, played for that town and was an integral part of their glory years....he will always have carry a torch for them .
would be same if we had sinfield on leeds games, wellens on saints games etc in future.
i agree though it is sickly to listen to

It makes me laugh how every team's fans think Eddie is biased against them...no he just talks sh*t!
Take tonight - he actually suggested that Goulding's try was a contender for try of the month (comparing it to Fosters last week!!) and that it was a brilliant pass from O'Loughlin...yes that'd be the pass that was heading to the southstand before Goulding jumped and caught it at full stretch (10/10 for Loughlin's idea but his execution of the pass was about 4/10).

Hmmmm credit where it's due I think.
O'Loughlin had to send the pass high for fear of interception. So IMO it was very well executed with a real top finish from Goulding. |
