Fantastic crowd.
Any boos at ft? Or just accept that you were outclassed by a top side?

Just Mr Bentham. He didn't have the best of games, but he wasn't too one sided either, just poor.
I stayed to applaud our 17, and so did alot of Bradford fans. They put the effort in but were outclassed by an excellent Wigan side (particularly S Tomkins who was a constant thorn in our sides)

According to this article, David Hughes would seriously consider relocating the Quins RL team – you would expect a re-brand at the same time if it were contractually possible
news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugby_l ... 398625.stm
There is a dilemma for London RL at the moment – there is no doubt that the sport has suffered through a series of name and location changes meaning that the foundation of support that comes from stability hasn’t emerged
Should they persevere with the Quins name and the Stoop as a home? Difficult one, as I firmly believe that you have to invest time and effort for success but there is simply no denying that Harlequins Rugby Union are widely regarded as the most aristocratic and upper class of all the Union teams and so I doubt that any Quins RU fans will ever be converted and so the question is whether West London can provide an opportunity to find a local fan base that can grow over the years
I would have to say that on reflection (and not a knee jerk reaction to today’s gate) they should look for a new home... which is a pity as I will be moving to West London in the next few weeks and so they will have at least +2 a few times this year

Rugby League in London has never been as healthy as it is today – it is the pro club (well, the elite pro club) that is suffering
Look at the amateur and school RL scene in London and compare it to the 20 years ago and then make the same statement

What Quins/London have done at grassroots in and around London is unreal and that can't be knocked but the Quins at pro level are not the succes we thought it would be.
The crowds are terrible and to be honest i don't think it's working at the pro level.

They can stay , they can move , they can rebrand , they can do what they want , but it still won't make an iota of difference , top flight RL in London will never work from a support and sustainability level , ever

| 615 down on last season and apparently quite a few Crusaders supporters made the trip.
