| What does everyone think
I think we should get rid of it.
I have been to Cardiff when it was their and the atmosphere was crap.
The stadiums are too big, and I think its a rubbish advert for the game showing all the games in an empty stadium.
I think the RFL need to be realistic in expanding the game and slowly expand from the Lancashire/Yorkshire area.

| Keep it but change it. We need as many big events as possible in our small sport. Even with tiny crowds this weekend, having this event in edinburgh is putting the game on the map more than regular fixtures do. Like it or not, but, we are all over sky sports for 2 whole days and we are on sky sports news. Alot more media coverage overall.

| Good point that.
If it was moved to the opening fixture it should be a live draw on tv the weekend before, get the excitedment going. It would have to be at a non-football stadium as it would be in February, so Millenium Stadium would probably suit best with the roof and no football.

According to what Dave Woods said on Radio 5, the owners have said that they don't want rugby being played there ever.
So it will never happen, a complete non starter.

| in my opinion if we want to promote our game it needs to be where some kind of interest is there for the oval ball sport , twickenham for me with ticket deals for all union season ticket holders

| Move it to Eire for a couple of years and that way you can kill it off once and for all.
Looking at the crowds (sic) I would say its becoming an embarrassment, the people who support the sport week in and week out are clearly now avoiding the weekend. Its time to ditch it and come up with having one or two games on the road in say the midlands or North east, nothing massive just an odd couple of games. Clubs involved could be offered extra cash for having games on the road, some clubs may like/or prefer this.

| Maybe we could give it a couple of years in say Dublin and if it still isn't making huge strides just go back to the 'on the road' games we used to have, but have say 2 games in the same ground
