Well done to the League boys
And the finals were watched by Australian RU sevens coach Michael O'Connor according to this article

Here's hoping we don't lose this talent to RU as has happened after other such occasions previously!

Keebra Park is a feeder school for the NRL. You dont get to go to this school to play rugby league unless you are the best of the best. 14 of the 17 who won the RL schools championship this year have already been signed by NRL teams with the other 3 in negotiations with NRL teams. Hull FC's own Sam Moa is ex Keebra Park

| The same things almost happened here a few years ago. The Outwood Grange College (Wakefield) U15's RL side started to play RU as well, when a new RU supporting sport teacher joined the school and realised that these boys could easily give the RU playing schools a run for their money. So they played a few games against some local private RU playing schools and entered the National School's RU Championship. They got all the way to the final at Twickers and were narrowly beaten in the final in there first and only year playing RU!

No chance in hell.
All these kids want to play in the premier rugby comp in Australia.
Union doesn't get a look in.
O'Connor can cram his notebook up his ar se.

| Hmm Aussie League school beats Union boys and RL is the better game.
Welsh Union school (Brynteg Comprehensive) on at least two occasions becomes British school champions and ......? Nothing?
It's all a bit old and boring the RU vs RL argument surely. and even MORE boring this round is set in Aus!
