You didn't watch very hard then. We have plenty of locals in the side, bringing young guys in all the time.
We are no worse than other clubs around and working on building from academy success so ring your neck in.
All I'm saying is we are likely to lose a very talented scrum half, and one just came available.

His passport or nationality is irrelevant. The quota is now based on where a player is trained. |

Perhaps he did not see the HKR game when you had 9 of 17 such "overseas" players [HKR 8 of 17]. Maybe the last game he saw was versus the Giants when it was 10 of 17 [Giants 4 of 17]. |

That was my point though. I think we have a space for a non federation training player but not a quota player. I didn't know whether Malta counts as non fed trained or whether he even has a passport.
It was only a general thought. I'm not thinking we are even in the hunt for him so not too worried. |

He said 10 overseas out of 17, you name 7 players out of 17 in dissagreement. That leaves 10 players with no argument.
