Can hear him screaming on the television as well, poor lad. Can fully sympathise with him, I had a triple leg fracture and dislocation of my ankle 5 months ago and it's still not right yet. All the best for his recovery.

That's because they used wooden splints back then. Did they put a block of wood in your mouth and tell you to bite down hard? Unfortunately you just missed out on the Tory Health Reforms which would have had you running around the garden with your space hopper after three months.

It looked a shocker from the terraces I hope he makes a speedy recovery, and that he is able to fulfill his potential in the game.

I was particularly annoyed with the woman stood in front of me who spent the time they were puttting Owen onto the stretcher complaining about how long it was taking and at one stage said that she hoped that it was a serious injury due to the fact it was taking so long, she also said that he was just being soft. This woman said all of this whilst it was already pretty clear from the terraces that it was a serious injury.

I havnt seen tonights game but hes a player i like watching and
i had a knee reconstruction 2 years ago and have just started playing 5 a side again, hope hes okay.
What happened by the way, i doubt im going to see
