Was just wondering what the requirements were for the franchise this year as Ian baffled by the decisions on how the grading was awarded

Either really as I just can't understand how quins stay in Wakey don't get the boot and fax not being promoted and how Leeds are awarded a grade a license when some of there ground was not so long ago condemned

Yes all questions that could be asked , and the RFL would answer them all with the same few words  |

No part of Headingley has been or is condemned. And it's probably due to Leeds' on-field performances, profits, community programmes, corporate facilities, attendances & youth development.
If the list of grades I saw was accurate they all seemed fairly reasonable to me. |

I thought Leeds had part of there southstand condemned because it was to dangerous I'm sure it was the south stand maybe wrong but it's like Warrington only have a capacity of 13k yet the minimum requirement is 14 k and I thought you had to own your own ground so how can fc also qualify just a bit stupid as saints have a new ground which will hold 15/18k and they get a b grade just very confusing

Minimum capacity is 12k(5k seated) and theirs nothing in criteria about clubs having to own their grounds.

Do you mean like Rovers own their ground. NOT. The 4 grade A clubs are all model off field clubs |

Nope. The capacity of the southstand has been reduced, no part of it has been condemned. You can't condemn part of a stand. The minimum is also not 14,000 and there is no requirement to own the stadium. |
