Ok the old debate of could the players of yesteryear play at todays pace and skill but going on from the thread of which SL player would you choose from any other club than your own, well which ex-player from your club would you bring into your current squad??
For HKR it would be hard to choose between Roger Millward and Clive Sullivan but I think Roger just about takes it from what I have seen from past video footage of both players.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

Tonie Carroll would be great to have in this current Leeds team. I think he only spent two years at Leeds. One which was good and the other which wasn’t as good. The year which was good was one of my favourite Leeds sides to watch.

| Other clubs player (in my time as a fan)?.....Keith Senior....Love to hate the bloke, but he still stands out as a centre that causes problems in attack and lets very little through (in SL anyway) in defence 15 years later....
Own Club? Steele Retchless....(as long as HKA didn't sign him first!)...is 66 tackles in a SL game still the record? That is a tackle every 72 seconds by my calculations....we must have been under the cosh  Can't see an entire team having to make that many tackles against Bradford myself |

Gary Prohm, would still be the worlds best centre in todays game
Hanley's a no brainer for Wigan and as I love to see proper wingers scoring sideline tries, something sadly increasingly missing today, Offiah would be good to see at Widnes again.
