It's an ergogenic, a stimulant and a bronchial dilator - it increases the metabolic rate helping to enhance the speed that muscle mass can be deposited and stimulates the release of adrenaline enabling the user to train harder and for longer.

If that's not performance enhancing I don't know what is.

You could argue the case on pseudoephedrine, but I'd say ephedrine itself is clearly performance enhancing.

Which website did you get that from? ? ?

Muscle mass can be deposited, can you elaborate on this please in relation to protein synthesis in regards to the effect of ephedrine on that process.
