Every single player and coach in the world champion NZ side comes from the NRL.
So what is your point?

| GPS technology is good for taking statistics, i.e. the speed of players, how much work they do, how great a distance they have run, etc. But statistics are only useful if coaches know how to use them. At Hull, I very much doubt Agar would! Stuff like this helps assist coaches know when is the best to take players from the pitch, where they appear most affective, etc. Agar would prefer to right a game plan on the back of a fag packet however, and not change it even if we're 40 down (unless you can make it look like it was all Thorman's fault!).
GPS could also be revolutionary for officiating games. In relation to the pitch, if you can identify a players location and movement on the pitch and the ball's location and movement on the pitch, you could actually calculate whether a forward pass has taken place or not (including momentum). Depending on how quick the system is, referee's may not even need to go to the video ref.
Football teams use them all around the world for these sort of stats, but not for officiating. Whether RL teams could afford them I don't know. I know they require 8 cameras, having seen it at uni. Perhaps if the RFL could get all clubs to agree to use it they may get a bargain deal that may also include using the system for officiating games? Better officiating, more accurate tactics and better quality coaching would all surely be great for England RL?

The NRL is ruining the Australian game as it is too reliant on imports?

I know, I'm sure you agree it's a crying shame when heartland clubs have to rely on overseas stars like that

Err, that Australia arent world champions? Maybe thats his point. But then I wouldnt expect an uneducated Kangaroo $hagger to comprehend this.
And gg on trying to claim the New Zealand world cup win as a victory for the NRL. You can add that to all the other New Zealand things youve claimed over the years, like Willie Mason, Karmeichel Hunt, etc etc

| Well I come on a pommy forum and see a pommy gloat about the World Cup and the NRL's place in the world cup result, so obviously its my position to set the record straight and remind you pommy losers that every single world cup winner came from this same NRL you lot love to have a got at so often.
Now, I know why you do it, your jealous, you have a tiny regional competition thats been completely marginalized by the general public, who's quality of competition is in the gutter, and you look at the NRL and just hate its success.
Thats fine.
By the way, while on the subject of use of technology to make players better, I'm always interested to see how some players go to Super League and their bone structure changes. They go from being a slight player to quite large and their facial structure even changes.
I wonder what modern marvels of technology manage that???
