Trouble with Wilkin is....he tends to take over, hog the exposure, often other guests don't get a fair crack, he's a complete motor mouth no doubt auditioning for career #2.
That said, he does talk some sense and is a welcome departure from cliche time fillers.

Wilkin’s great IMO. Sounds good on the BBC and on the podcast he does with Dave Woods

He would be no good for wakey, he said last time they are a horrible team to play, he has never liked WAKEY but then everyone has likes & dislikes !

He's excellent on TV.
BBC have in my opinion a better production team than Sky now.
Sky could do worse than poach Wilkin and make him the sole side kick like Stevo was to Eddie.

Yes indeed Wrencat I'm from Hull and often have trouble understanding what I'm saying and talking about.

Wilkin is very good though think he might have been brought up in a village outside Hull rather than Bransholme hence his eloquence.
